How To Shop

Placing an order with us is easy! Browse our collections and add the items to your shopping cart by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button on the product page.

Once you add items to your cart, it will automatically show you the checkout button on the right side of your items. If you are done shopping and are ready for payment, click the green checkout button. If you want to add more items to your cart, return to our collections page by clicking the back button or the top bar menu.

When you click the Checkout button, it will redirect you to the Customer Information page. You should be able to see the items in your cart on the right side of the page and the discount code box. Please type in the promo code on the box provided and click the 'Apply' button.

Yes! If something is out of stock, we will have a "let me know" signup box for when we are restocked.

Returns And Exchanges

All items will be accepted back as long as they meet all of the terms and conditions of our returns and a returns request is submitted within 90 days of delivery receipt.

Suppose you aren't happy with your purchase. In that case, you can return it within 90 days following the delivery date, provided the product has not been used. Please get in touch with us at, and we will instruct you on how to begin the returns process.

Bulltru does not bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Please note that returns can sometimes take up to 15 days to reach us. The refund may take longer if you return a product without the return form. The corresponding refund will be made once your return is received. Please also note that only products in perfect condition and original branded packaging (alternative appropriate exterior shipping packaging can be used) will be refunded. The refund delay depends on your bank and may vary.

Returned orders remain the customer's responsibility until they arrive at our returns address. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the parcel during transit to our returns center, nor will we be able to assist with tracking the parcel before it arrives back with us. Note: We will inspect/verify the photo(s) before we issue a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.

Cancellations must be made within 6 hours of order placement. Please email us within 6 hours and let us know why you wish to cancel your order.

We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 6-hour window or because of the "Standard Shipping" reason. Please note that our Standard Shipping is posted in each product's description; hence, all customers should know this before concluding an order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the fund reflects on the customer's bank account.

If you still need to receive a refund, recheck your bank account and contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
